My name is Jens, and at the age of 46, I began studying Social Work at FHNW. In times like these—marked by global uncertainty and rapid social transformation—social engagement is more important than ever. Throughout history, social movements like the women’s rights movement, the student protests of ’68, and climate activism such as Fridays for Future have shown us how powerful collective action can be. I deeply believe in a positive future shaped by solidarity, awareness, and meaningful change. That’s why I founded Locututu. The name comes from the Latin phrase locum tutum, meaning “safe space.” And that’s exactly what I want to build: a safe and empowering digital space for people who care about social justice, community, and collaboration. I warmly invite you to join us in creating a global network for social change. Together, we can make a difference.
